Vanouhi joins the team

We are pleased to announce Vanouhi Nazarian joining as Commercial Officer to Adept Aqua. 

Vanouhi brings a wealth of commercial and practical experience together with a deep passion for helping the environment, to the team. Her focus will be on commercialisation strategy, operations and grant management.  

She has run businesses across the span of the Australian economy, from research spinouts and startups to ASX listed companies, in sectors as varied as CleanTech, Materials Science, Transport, Finance, Social Services and Property Development. She has worked closely with many researchers and supported deep tech companies to move from prototype to first sales. 

She has had a longstanding interest in environmental issues, starting with letters to the prime minister as a child, to more recently founding a startup with the aim of waste reduction.

Vanouhi is the exited founder of Kindershare and was a Top 50 Small Business Leader in 2019. She is a Chartered Accountant, a Graduate of the AICD and also holds a Post Grad Diploma in NFP and Social Enterprise Management. She also sits on the board of several social social services organisations.
